I'm going to remember to sprinkle the Chia and flaxseed on my food🦋
It's a game changer. I also thought of a few other menu items such as, sardines, eggs and whole grain toast (1/2 slice.)
Or, homemade hummus on whole grain toast sounds 👍😃.
Salsa omelette.
Kiwi , fresh pineapple 🍍 on vanilla Greek yogurt.
