I'm going to remember to sprinkle the Chia and flaxseed on my food🦋
Update....the breakfast menu has been renewed.... 😆 Lovin'my handful of blueberries 🫐 over my non-fat organic vanilla Greek yogurt. Yummers!! A sprinkle of nuts, oats, flaxseed and chia.
Boom!!
It's a game changer. I also thought of a few other menu items such as, sardines, eggs and whole grain toast (1/2 slice.)
Or, homemade hummus on whole grain toast sounds 👍😃.
Salsa omelette.
Kiwi , fresh pineapple 🍍 on vanilla Greek yogurt.
These are my ideas for summer breakfast menu choices.
Don't forget to use herbs and spices🌾🌿??
