Join us in the IAWH Wellness Lounge, 7 PM, Friday, February 26 for The Power of Gratitude Through Meditation with Purnima Sinha

Research reveals gratitude can have many benefits and meditation has extraordinary effects, from improving our mental health to boosting our relationships with others. Purnima will explore the mindful practice of gratitude, and ways that you can be more favorable toward yourself, and also to others. Meditation session(s) will follow. 

Make a decision for your mind, body, and soul to decompress through a short lecture, meditation followed by a question and answer period.  We hope that you will embrace your decision. 

Purnima has practiced meditation for over 45 years and is trained in ultra-transcendental meditation (avoiding distracting thoughts and promoting a state of relaxed awareness), and Surat Shabd Yoga (a meditative practice that focuses on the concept of inner light and sound.
