Join IAWH for an early Valentine’s gift to yourself. Our guest Purnima Sinha says, “Take care of yourself. Take time to practice self-love so that you can take care of others because what you don’t have for yourself, you cannot give to others.”

So, what if we actually showed up for ourselves? Join us as Purnima shares an engaging conversation about the importance of self-love, the association of mindfulness to meditation, conduct simple meditation exercises that may help us keep a balance of our day, and will answer questions that will help us walk a peaceful and self-loving life.

Purnima Sinha has practiced meditation for over 45 years, and her meditational background spans over three generations. She has certification in Lifestyle Medicine and Meditation and Psychotherapy from Harvard School of Medicine in Boston.
