So far, 2020 isn’t turning out the way we planned or expected. No one could have forecast a Coronavirus pandemic, the death of over 120,000 Americans, the personal impact of Social Distancing, Mass Unemployment, Teleworking, Home Schooling, Televised Police Brutality ending in death, Protests, and Riots, could all happen at the same time. What is all of this doing to your health – your emotional wellness?
Writing is therapy. Journaling is freeing. We invite you to join us in this quiet space for a guided virtual workshop to write, to journal, to explore your health and wellness, listen to the noise inside our heads, organize our thoughts, acknowledge fear, pain, anxiety, uncertainty, claim our decency, kindness, and compassion - reaching towards emotional and physical wellbeing centeredness, and calm. Register for one, two, or all three sessions.
Bring your Summer Sunday afternoon beverage, your writing or journaling tools and let’s write! Not a writer? Doesn’t matter – In this workshop we are writing for ourselves – for our emotional wellness. We will provide writing prompts as guides and inspiration. At the end of each session volunteers can share their writing.
